Yes but we already know about the Leia mini and they said this is tying into Secret Wars and Star Wars definitely isn't involved in that.

Hmmmm, fair enough, they just never seemed to do anything. I always wanted a Young Avengers Movie or TV show far more than a Runaways one.

Since its going to be in abc, it probably won't have anything to do with the x men. It will probably be a book with a female lead, or an all female team.

Oh, yes. Susan leading with... oh, so many options. Tempting to have Medusa, Storm or She Hulk again but I think some variation would be nice. Say Invisible Woman, Rogue, Captain Marvel and Jean Grey.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's related to female characters if it's being revealed on the View.
With the View in danger of getting axed-they will do anything for attention.

However I'll take a few guesses-

Milestone & Marvel teamup-Static meets Ms Marvel

    Hype for Netflix's Jessica series

Disney announces a new line of direct to dvd Marvel film

Ms Marvel gets a film or tv series

A new Fantastic Four series with a black Johnny Storm

New kid friendly Marvel/Stare Wars/Disney line-not so much comics but novels.

You might be on to something. The title will be open, and Reed will be exposed enough to not have to be there. I think She-Hulk is a good bet too since Soule's series is ending.

Alao: Soule just tweeted about the announcement. He said it could be about "something else."

It could be something for a female writer instead of just female characters. Maybe that new G. Willow Wilson book that she hinted at in an interview?

Like others have said, the "force" leads me to believe it will be a new iteration of Fantastic Force, Force Works or X-Force that is completely female based.
Marvel Pull - Fantastic Four, The Immortal Hulk
DC Pull - The Green Lantern, Goddess Mode
Indie Pull - The Wrong Earth, High Heaven

On their worst day the View is seen by far more people than any Marvel comic is getting readership wise, so I find it hard to believe announcing a new comic helps them rather than the other way around.

I think it's gonna be a team of female characters.

And I think it ties into what Jim Cheung is drawing on his Tumblr.

That Cheung cover is probably a homage to Marvel women, that's why they're all in their classic looks. I don't the project will be set in the presemt.
I think this announcement is related to the Phoenix Force. Probably a Teen Jean ongoing.

Actually I really like the idea of a Fantastic Four where the line up constantly shifts between different female characters, keeping Susan - Marvel's first lady in comics - as the leader but shifting the other three women between arcs.
