Who's your favorite villain? For me it's the Trapster. I've always loved the paste vs webs battles. Also, The way his powers and weapons are drawn are just so damn clean.

Green Goblin (Norman Osborn)

I always had an affinity for the classic Hobgoblin (Kingsley) since childhood. So that's probably my favorite villain of all time in Spider-Man.

But I have grown to really love the new Beetle (Janice Lincoln) since her appearances in Superior Foes. I look forward to her upcoming storyline.

Mysterio, Hobgoblin, Venom, Carnage, The Lizard

The last four looks cool and scary for a start, and Hobgoblin specifically I like his giant glider in the 90s cartoon

I have no idea why I like Mysterio considering his outings that I saw portray him as goofy when I prefer cool or scary characters. It's one of those things that's just unexplainable.

I guess the helmet does provide some mystery... at least until he opens his mouth and sounds like a discount Cobra Commander.

Wait, that might be it. The Cobra Commander appeal.

Venom from his initial appearance in 300 up until ASM 375. That period makes him my fav villain. Coupled with the 90’s animated series ( my first exposure to him ).

After 375 he is not a villain anymore.

Same here, mostly for nostalgic reasons. Venom seemed to drop right when I was getting into comics, subscribed to ASM for 5 bucks a year by using the coupon I got off a Spider-man action figure with suction cup hands. My life has been ruined since .
