Marvel Announces "A-Force" From Wilson, Bennett, Molina During "Secret Wars"

Yeah, come to think of it, the lack of Sue is odd. But then we were told that Marvel was no longer able to use the F4 in promo images... but then there are eight mutants, and ten characters that have been heavily involved with the X-Men in the past.

So maybe she's just not in this team.

Yeah they said that they stopped all FF merchandise and promotion. It's depressing, but I still hope she's involved in this.

Yay! Looks like the '92 versions of Jean, Rogue and Jubilee are there. This is probably a series which will start for Secret Wars and carry on after, whether we have Battleworld sticking around or not.

Those are definitely not the '92 versions of Jean and Storm. I'd say Jean is late nineties or Phoenix Saga, and Storm is ANAD.

Also... the mysterious new cosmic characters looks a lot like the current Captain Universe from Hickman's run.

Didn't Jean get the Phoenix costume in the X-Men cartoon though? Regardless it is probably my fav look for Jean so it's cool.

The Big Bird version of Jeen aside, there aren't any Bendis X-women there. Unless that's a Cosmic Kitty or Captain X-Universe-23, neither of which seems likely.

Black cat isn't there probably cause of story reasons
Silver sable isn't there either

I'd say this isn't the complete roster as the article did mention more but I'd say the characters shown is pushing a diverse presentation and its comprised of characters from different time points who aren't muddled with all the crap that's happend.
