A sane reality warper is less powerful than an insane one.

Franklin can create pocket realities but I'm not sure of how his actual reality changing powers work.

I think Jamie is limited to matter, he "pulls the strings of reality", I'm not sure if he can affect energy, supposedly Jaspers could, although Jaspers needed something to mould (as per his 'original' death). Jamie on the other hand isn't getting more insane and destroying an entire universe.

While this thread is active again. What would people put for top 5(or 10), "earth-based" (idk what to call it) characters. Characters that are Humans, Mutants, Inhumans, or the such that are from/have their origins from Earth. Molecule man would still be included in this list I guess, so he would be number 1. But after that how would it be ordered?

    1. Molecule man (pre-retcon)
    Franklin Richards
    Mad Jim Jaspers
    Scarlet Witch (House of M)
    Hulk(Insert your strongest version here)
    Sentry
    Onslaught
    X-Man
    Dr. Strange
    Black Bolt
    Spectrum?
    Blue Marvel?
    Storm?
    Herc?
    Ghost Rider?
    Phoenix Jean Grey
    Thor

Not sure if those last two actually fit in my restrictions.
Other than #1 these aren't in any order. I'm 100% sure I'm missing people.

    *insert other ranting statements*

However at this point, you are right and that's sad.
Sorry, I just remembered there was only one Living Tribunal.

    2. Jean Grey/Phoenix - Don't mess with her. You don't stand a chance.
    3. Rogue - has absorbed billions of minds.
    4. Squirrel Girl - you would usually think if there is somebody who can beat her.
    5. Scarlet Witch - You want her to say "no more you"?

    just wanted to add:

    6. Hollow - she's one of my faves so she's worth mentioning.
Storm got her ass kicked by an average human with overclocked mechanical spider legs...

I have change my mind on some of this.
Sentry i would say is Herald level too but blue marvel is abit more powerful then him and stronger too.
    Void is Herald level.
    Sentry/void is above Herald level.

Speaking on cosmic entities with Earth-based origins, we can't forget Kronos and Kevin Brashear. In fact, Kevin Brashear conceivably could be in the discussion as one of the top 5 most powerful cosmic beings of all.

    1) Thor. He is undefeatable. His willpower is second to none.
    2) Silver Surfer
    3) Thanos
    4) Jean Grey, world's most powerful psionic mind, unbeatable.
    5) Dr. Doom, master of magic and science

Who cares about the abstract beings? Not I.
