    It was established in the giffen/Dematteis JLI as sort of a joke. It wouldn't exactly be appropriate in the serious morrison/waid's JLA run. However , outside of JLI , a few superman comics and of course , his own martian manhunter comic has "chocos" moments. (Guess nabisco objected to the use of Oreos)

    I would personally love to see the return of the sarcastic J'onn from Giffen/DeMatteis JL era, thought it was one of the best interpretations.

    Started reading JL8 today. Making J'onn a foreign exchange student is brilliant and this is probably the best strip from the entire serie

    JL8 is nothing but pure perfection. Yale Stewart is writing DC's major characters than any Nu52 writer.

    I know that I am going to catch a lot of hate for this, but the New 52 Martian Manhunter is the best interpretation of the character imo. I always saw J'onn as a leader, rather than being in the background. He's a very powerful character and DC isn't holding back by limiting his abilities and whatnot.
