    Agreed. I think some of the people who didn't like Thanos Rising were some of the long-time Thanos readers who couldn't help but compare how the author (Jason Aaron in that case) characterizes him in comparison to Jim Starlin who definitely delved into the Mad Titan's psychology along with Adam Warlock. I myself am very guilty of this which is why I even though I thought the story was decent, I still couldn't really enjoy it.
