Jamie Dornan as Alistair Smythe. You know when Smythe is all upgraded and shirtless. You all want to see that right?

I make love, you make me sick.
Roderick Kingsley: Giancarlo Esposito
Miles Warren: Michael Emerson
Ned Leeds: Michael C Hall
Ben Urich: John Simm
Phil Urich: Aaron Paul
On another thread, someone suggested Mads Mikkelsen as Kraven.
If they go with Chameleon, it'd be great to have an actor who can pull off multiple disguises. My current top choice would be Cate Blanchett.
I have no idea who to cast as Peter Parker, as that's a delicate age range where I'm largely unfamiliar with the actors. Even Miles Teller is probably too old for what Sony wants to do (have a high school age Peter Parker in a film that comes out in 2017.)
Sincerely,
Thomas Mets
Random notes:
1. I really liked a lot of the suggestions here.
2. I'm reaaaally unsure on what should be the age range to cast Peter/MJ (Gwen?).
"YOUNG/ STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL" SCRIPT:
Peter Parker/ Spider-Man: Logan Lerman
Mary Jane Watson: Jane Levy
Harry Osborn: Carter Jenkins
Flash Thompson: Alexander Ludwig
"COLLEGE/ BASICALLY ADULT" SCRIPT (actors in their early 30s):
Peter Parker/ Spider-Man: Jamie Dornan
Mary Jane Watson: Felicity Jones
Harry Osborn: Dave Franco (no joke intended)
Gwen Stacy: Amber Heard
Although maybe less marketable in the long-term, I like the adult choices a lot more from a purely aesthetical point of view (although it'd be the wrong approach), as they fit their iconic characters better.
On Dornan: I saw him cast as Alistair Smithe, but he has the perfect face/ physique du role for Spider-Man himself, if only there wasn't that 50 Shades of Grey in-between, which basically rules him out from anything Disney-related.
On Jones: Yep, I know she was supposed to be Black Cat in Amazing, but since her character has basically a tertiary role...
Both scripts:
Kurt Russel: Uncle Ben (for real, google it, he is the lost twin of Ultimate Uncle Ben and the whole meta "retro-action hero vibe" is somewhat cool)
Jamie Lee Curtis: Aunt May (great, great idea)
Bryan Cranston: Norman Osborn/ Green Goblin: (just please Lord, make it happen, besides bringing basically every single Breaking Bad fan to watch the film, this man is one of the finest actor to walk on this green Earth)
The Daily Bugle:
J.K. Simmons: J. Jonah Jameson
Omar Epps: Robbie Robertson
Alison Brie: Betty Brant
Police Dept.:
Mark Harmon: Cpt. George Stacy
Julianne Moore: Det. Jean DeWolff (splendid choice)
Other Characters:
Yvonne Strahovski: Felicia Hardy
Liam Hemsworth: Eddie Brock Jr. (pretty good for more than one reason, though he would've to sport some particular haircut, make-up or they'd need some other trick, as he looks way, way too much like his brother... who just happens to be Thor; he'd be just Eddie Brock, building him up in a trilogy of sorts, probably; he'd be the friend-turned-evil-in-sequel character and not Harry Osborn).
I gotta be honest though, if I didn't stress it enough just Bryan Cranston as Osborn would make me die of happiness.
Randomly, not included in the first film, sequel material:
John Malkovich: Adrian Toomes/ Vulture
Mads Mikkelsen : Sergei Kravinoff/ Kraven The Hunter
Vincent D'Onofrio: Aleksei Sytsevich/ The Rhino
Alec Baldwin: Otto Octavius/ Doctor Octopus
Zachary Quinto: Quentin Beck/ Mysterio
Erik Knudsen: Cletus Kasady/ Carnage
I found some of yours really clever, I entered some names of mine just basically out of boredom though (i.e. Strahovski as Black Cat), I felt the urge to "fill" the cast.

I kind of want Zac Efron as Peter, I think he's matured as an actor and could do the wit really well. Plus it would be a great way to skip the high school stuff and have an adult Peter Parker.
Spiderman /Peter Parker: Dylan O’Brien
Mary Jane Watson: Jane Levy
Aunt May: Helen Mirren
Uncle Ben: Michael Nouri
Flash Thompson: Hunter Parrish
Black Cat/Felicia Hardy: Kaya Scodelario
Harry Osborn: Bill Skarsgård
Green Goblin/Norman Osborn: Toby Stephens
Venom/Eddie Brock: Jake Abel
Carnage/Cletus Cassidy: Domhnall Gleeson
Vulture/Adrian Thomes: Jackie Earle Haley
Kraven/Sergei Kravinoff: Scott Adkins
Doctor Octopus/Otto Octavius: Mark Sheppard
Sandman/Flint Marko(William Baker): Sam Worthington
Mysterio/Quentin Beck: Zachary Quinto
Electro/Maxwell Dillon: Gustaf Skarsgård
J.Jonah Jameson: Daniel Day-Lewis
Ben Urich: John Simm
Robbie Robertson: Lennie James
Betty Brant: Emily Browning
Intriguing choices. Mark Sheppard would be a good Doctor Octopus if you could get him off Supernatural long enough. If Jake Abel is who I think he is in relation to Supernatural, that could be a good casting choice as well. And John Simm as Ben Urich? Hmm, no reason not to break from what seems to be the MCU tradition of casting Doctor Who actors --- Christopher Eccleston (9th Doctor) as Malekith in Thor: The Dark World, Karen Gillan (Amy Pond) as Nebula in Guardians of the Galaxy, and David Tennant (10th Doctor) as Kilgrave/Purple Man in A.K.A. Jessica Jones.
By the way, I like your screen name. A trickster god associated with spiders from one of the Native American peoples' myths. Thinking Lakota, but I could be horribly wrong, so feel free to correct me if I am.
The spider is always on the hunt.

No Uncle Ben ... let him stay dead, and have the movie take place after his death. But if he MUST appear, let him be played by Robert De Niro.
