I would rather see Fox launch their own line of comics and create a shared universe of their fully owned properties. It would be interesting to see how they meshed their IP together.

That said, I wouldn't want that corporation to make more money, because it is owned by a supervillain. But it could be interesting.

well, now that these special covers are available, I wonder how far some people might go with the fan speculation.

I'm not interested in the Yautja and Xenomorphs becoming Marvel canon. At the most, I'd only be interested in alternate earth crossovers. Especially since most of the events from the Alien-based stories take place in the distant future, I'd be disappointed to see marvel heroes vs Aliens without some time-travel component. I'm already extremely ticked off at the retcon placing the Symbiotes in Earth's history for centuries, apparently. (sheesh..)

With Predator there's more flexibility for 'today's world', but it's still problematic when you deal with the Predators' main conceit that they have been visiting Earth for centuries and dealing with baseline humans only, not super-powered folks and not super-skilled adventurers (e.g. Hawkeye, Nick Fury). So that would be another case where I'd rather there just be an alternate-Earth justification.

I think it would be good to have a few, not too many. And then comes the problem with how tough do you want to make them.
