Why aren't more people putting Rachel and Magik together? They have the same Kitty fixation, are ridiculously overpowered, and have extra, extra weird life stories.

I think the most on-panel interaction they have had is back when Rachel first joined the X-Men in the 80's. Since then it's never really happened.

Both Rachel and Illyana are favourite characters of mine. I've always wondered why so many people seem to like the idea of the two of them at each others' throats over Kitty, or else seem to like the idea of one of them (usually Rachel) being cast aside in favour of the other.

Personally I'd like to see to see Illyana and Rachel team up to give Kitty a hard time (over her fashion sense, her attraction to all things Peter, her tendency to give speeches, anything) as only good friends can!

Sorry, it's not Bendis era nonsense anymore. Currently Kitty wanted Rachel on her family feels squad and dumped Belasco's Rib after she got what she wanted from her (taxi to Central Park).
