Otto Octavius is definitely up there.

He's been shown to understand some areas of comic book science better than even Reed Richards.

When he was transported to the year 2099, he quickly fixed up a time/dimension travel machine.

Using only a back up plan of a plan that almost destroyed the world, he successfully stole Peter Parker's body, and outsmarted Peter's (who is also a genius) best efforts to reverse the process.
