Call me crazy, but I was totally in favor for the very brief Fire/Beatriz and Oberon pairing during the JLI era. It was funky enough to be cute. (I would post something from their double date with Guy and Ice, but can't find online versions fast enough)

Bruce and Silver, I love how she's not supposed to be some world renowned hero/villain but she still cared about Bruce and helped him
She's Bruce's most emotionally mature and socially intelligent love interest imo. Their relationship wasn't too fickle

Hal Jordan and Carol Ferris and/or his Power Ring.
Given Marston's real life relationships, I could see Diana in a polyamorous relationship with Steve and another Amazon like Artemis. But for the most part Steve and Diana.
I'd like to see a Black Lightning/John Stewart mini series. Also John Stewart/Mr. Terrific.
I would love to see John Stewart and Cyborg as a superhero architectural firm, they design and build futuristic houses for the underprivileged and for those displaced from destructive cape conflicts and/or Crisis events.
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki
also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.

- Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force

I tend to run with main canonical stuff. You know, Lois & Clark, Batman & Catwoman, Diana and Steve, Nightwing and Starfire, etc.
But freakin' Lobdell actually made me like a ship.
The first of many panels to sway me.
Oh, so many choices. Here are my top ten, and by top ten I mean superhero hero (or anti-hero) x superhero no civilians involved (sorry Lois) -
1.) Superman x Wonder Woman
2.) Nightwing x Batgirl (Barbara Gordon)
3.) Batman x Catwoman
4.) Green Lantern (John Stewart) x Hawkgirl (Shayera Hol).
5.) Harley Quinn x Poison Ivy
6.) Batman x Wonder Woman
7.) Nightwing x Starfire
8.) Superboy (Connor Kent) x Wonder Girl (Cassie)
9.) Beast Boy x Tara
10.) Raven x Robin (Damian Wayne)
