I was just thinking about how Johns really needs some momentum here, because Forever Evil just killed the JL momentum, but it occurs to me that it always happens in the middle chapters of his arcs. His "Part 1" and "Part Finale" issues are always bold and crazy, and this is the Amazo Virus finale, so it should be a cool two months of Leaguing (next month is the Darkseid War Prelude, I believe.)

Everything Johns puts out has been, though. I mean Forever Evil should not have taken eight issues, eight months, not to mention all the extra space the eight issues of Justice League that it was alternating with took up.

"Luthor saves the day by using a Legion of Doom/Injustice Gang of Johns' pet villains" could've been done in four or five, easy. I mean look what Morrison did with Rock of Ages, right?

"Injustice League" could've been done in two issues.

"Amazo Virus" probably could've been done in three.

It's all been dragging ass since Trinity War wrapped.
