J-Up signs a 6 year-132.8 million dollar deal with an opt-out clause after 2 years. I really like the deal for the Tigers. The AL Central looks to be very competitive with the Tribe, Royals, and now the Tigers (and you can't forget about the White Sox). I still like the Indians though.

**** the Indians until they change at least their logo, if not their name, too.

Don't be surprised if the Giants win it all. It's an even numbered year, and San Fran won the World Series in 2010, '12 and '14. You read it here first.

Mark next Wednesday (Feb 10) on your calendar-it's Truck Day in Boston, the real sign winter is ending and baseball and the boys of summer are on their way back!

Good to see the Blue Jays get some respect. The Red Sox are clearly a better team on paper, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Jays get to 90 wins
