    Just finished Carrie. I loved the story but I wasn't hugely keen on the writing style and structure for this.

    For the life of me, I can't recall whether or not I read the book. I have seen the movie(s) so many times times that I can't recall where the book diverges from them. Since I don't have that problem regarding other King novels and adaptations, I probably haven't checked it out.

    I started reading today Flight of the Nighthawks (2005) by Raymond F. Feist, the first book from The Darkwar Saga trilogy and part of the mammoth The Riftwar Cycle.



    Also today, I began on my Kindle The Phantom Herd (1915) by B.M. Bower.

    Dark Tales by Jackson, Shirley - I like it but some of the stories are weird and not dark.
