Is this the Omega Red from Uncanny X-Force? If not, how did the original get pieced back together?

For some reason, I've always been kind of partial to big Red. I've always liked his look, but I feel like he never gets taken seriously enough. With his list of powers/capabilities, I think he should be a lot more dangerous than he has been presented to be in the past.

I'm 90% sure it's the clone from Uncanny X-Force. Here's his appearance from issue 41

The original was killed amidst the Romulus stuff. His bits were chopped up and spread across three other individuals by Daken's Brotherhood.

I'm certain this is the Omega Red from the Omega Clan in UXF because there was an interview with the writers (can't remember where though) where the fact that Red here thinks Deadpool killed his father (really a smart tactic, making revenge driven mercenaries) and how Deadpool isn't aware yet of what happened to his own parents, and how that would come into play. Also, because it never really was shown that Omega Clan Red died, and I think Omega Black was in Nightcrawler recently? The only one whose fate was ever certain was Omega White (mind erased, shadow King locked in, left with Captain Britain), so I'm not sure where everyone got the idea Clan Red was dead.
