DC Extended Universe (POST NO SPOILERS HERE!)

well it looks like Tom Hardy's rumored DC project may 100 Bullets. it's an awesome book but i was really hoping his project would be more along the superhero side of things in the extended DC cinematic universe.

But, I like this..we need more Vertigo films - seems like this is the 2nd addition in the Vertigo film slate (Sandman being the other one), Gaiman was referring to.

It's made by New Line. Gaiman mentioned Vertigo slate - so, I believe this is part of that, a different universe.

I think they are going for a trilogy - I hope they don't try to cram everything in one movie. I do agree though...books like these are perfect for TV.

sounds awesome! if true it seems like Doomsday is going to be more like the Shaggy Man/The General in that he can instantly regenerate limbs (and even his head apparently). if he is made from Zod's body he should still have heat vision, flight, etc. adding to that the ability to instantly regenerate makes him truly unstoppable.

I think from BvS to the final JL movie (part 4 or 5), we'll see rising tensions between human and meta-human reaching a Kingdom Come type of scenario with the addition of Darkseid as behind the scenes big baddie and the anti-life equation as ultimate threat. Just my two cents.
