If we are to take Miller's word at face value then there wasn't. According to him... Snyder pitched the role to him over the phone.

That could actually work, especially considering how the main problem with the (otherwise solid) Flash TV-costume is that the helmet makes his head look enormous. The classic Silver Age Flash-look is iconic to say the least, but that style of mono colored head to toe dress has never really worked in live action. For example, does anyone remember the Phantom?

(And it looked even worse in action...)
Could easily be something like this, which is "post-apocalyptic" and looks cool as hell.
When you crush an ant beneath your foot, do feel remorse? No. Is this because you are evil or because you recognize yourself as a higher form of life? This is what the Wizard could not understand. If I have the powers of the gods, then am I not a god myself? Should I not be treated as such?
Personally, and I'm biased about it since I'm a big Barry Allen fan since the early 80's, I think an armor on a speedster is just silly. The good ol' red suit with yellow boots would look amazing on screen. But I even thought JWS's foam muscled suit looked great back in the 90's. My biggest concern with DCEU's Barry is Ezra Miller. Hope he delivers and people likes his performance.

I survived the 2014 reboot and I didn't even got a lousy t-shirt.
Post apocoliptic costumes usually stuff thrown together but it also can have a steam punk look to it. Maybe the Flash costume has goggles. Which is something I'd totally be cool with since I like when alternate versions of the Flash have goggles. Gotta protect your eyes when running at super speed.

Cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema Is Not Shooting 'Wonder Woman'
SourceYesterday, Collider reported that Hoytema would be the cinematographer on Warner Bros.' "Wonder Woman," slated to be directed by Patty Jenkins. However, when we reached to the cinematographer directly, he was quite clear about his involvement.
"I have nothing to do with that movie," he stated.

That's how it starts. The fever. The rage. The feeling of powerlessness. That turns good men....Cruel - Alfred.
This may be the only thing that I do that matters - Bruce.
Stay down, if I wanted it, you would be dead already - Clark.
It's nice to have a live-action Batmobile that really looks like the Batmobile...and also looks pretty cool .

Well...Black Adam usually doesn't have a cape. S he's got that down .
A question: Do you guys want to see DC heroes making hard choices?
Not everyone can be saved - sometimes, one has to make tough choices - for the greater good (might sound a little corny, but that's the truth). With DCEU being more serious, would you guys like this?
One of my favorite scenes from Watchmen. Of course, it doesn't have to be as intense or bad as this...especially since folks like Superman are heroes (and perhaps are best depicted as such). So, they won't support or do something like this. But, something similar, less intense.
What do you guys think?
Example would be Barry having to choose his mother's life over altered/fractured timeline? (if they ever do a Flashpoint movie).
