    Ike Barinholtz about SS

“I can tell you my character in that movie is someone you would not want at your house for dinner. He’s a very troubled human being.

Though the character Barinholtz is playing is still a mystery, he expects that news will be revealed “by the time the next trailer comes out.

“The trailer is very serious, but [director] David Ayer is a psychopath. As as much as he loves the dark and exploring the disturbed side of society, it’s not like you’re telling jokes, but if you can just kind of in the moment try to play things a little honestly and react to these giant, huge superhero things that are happening, funny stuff can kind of happen and there can be laughs from it,” Barinholtz explains.

“With that said, who knows; when the cut the movie it might be very serious. But Will Smith is a very funny guy, Jai Courtney is actually a very funny guy, Margot Robbie is actually funny, so I think there is going to be some moments in that that actually make people laugh.”

Barinholtz has a history with DC property, and famous “Suicide Squad” comics writer John Ostrander is even friends with his mother Peggy Barinholtz.

“I don’t want to say I’m a comic nerd, but I definitely read comics as a kid,” he says. “I loved the ‘Dirty Dozen,’ and [‘Suicide Squad’ is] not too far off from that. I always thought it was a great story. It’s one of those too when you’re 6 you’re like, ‘Oh, this is going to be a movie one day.'”

George Miller would be excellent for Man of Steel. I hope it's true.

Jesse Eisenberg on Fan Backlash (Lex Luthor's hair)

People get upset because they feel a connection to it, he replied. But the movie's great, so they'll be happy when they see it.

I understand feeling ownership over something, but once they see the movie they'll see how great it is.
Looks like a lot of folks are happy with the film - first Tsujihara, now Eisenberg (I do remember him praising the script earlier). I think we are in for a show with BvS

I can understand not warmly receiving Eisenberg in the role or the bits with him from the trailer, even if I'm ultimately fine with it, but I can't really understand backlash against Lex having hair when it's a safe assumption he'll lose it .

Still really impressed by Croc's makeup, particularly how it achieves his look in live-action while at the same time looking more believable as a skin condition instead of just making him look like a croc .
