Maybe they'll find a spot for him in the Justice League movie. Still a chance to use the name Captain Marvel before Marvel's 2018 film. They can still call the movie Shazam. For 40 years they had a comic called Shazam and the main character Captain Marvel I don't see why they couldn't do that with the movie.
With Supergirl taking back the Danvers name this would really throw a wrentch in Marvel's plans.

As much as I'd love to see that happen, I think there is little chance of Hearing him referred to as Captain Marvel. DC/WB rebranded him officially as "Shazam" for the New 52 for a reason.

Just never liked how he and Bruce hated each others guts and never spoke to each other again. I mean, ideally I wouldn't want him dead either, but I'd rather have him go out on a high note without the two of them hating each other or the rest of their days.

And then the comic had him engaged to Babs when she gets pregnant with Bruce's kid....


And I think he had an eyepatch.

I honestly do think we will see Shazam and/or Black Adam in Justice League Part 1, probably as a cameo.

Those monsters/mutations give me the idea that they'll be used as canon fodder for the Squad. Alien/Mutation violence is accepted in PG-13 movies, right? I want to see Harley Quinn whack somebody/thing with the baseball bat followed by a ridiculously giant hammer!

I really like this new Batmobile! I noticed that there's no guns on it though. I wonder if Batman decides to ditch the weaponry in Batman v. Superman.

Well WB wants to do all they can to make sure their DC cinematic universe is a success. Batman is the most popular superhero they have so you can't really blame them. There are potentially billions of dollars at stake.
