Picked up the digital for the backup story. Was a fun little flashback piece. I'd hoped it would be a post Queenpin interaction between the two, but I suppose that will have to wait.

Despite the wall-crawler ripping off his mechanical arms in the previous issue, the deranged Doc Ock still fights on.
He attacks the Black Cat one more time and pins her long enough for the Octopus gang to fire a hail of bullets in her direction.
Spider-Man watches in horror as Felicia is hit multiple times. The web-slinger rushes Felicia to the hospital for emergency surgery,
but it may be too late! Is this the end for the Black Cat?
