I thought #2 might finally make the guy a hero instead of a scumbag. Luckily I was wrong. But hell, everyone in this comic is grimy as $%^&, so why not cheer on Black Hood, there's no one better here to cheer lead. If he could get off the pills and just start stealing weed from people instead, he would be the hero to hang with and share his confiscated stash with.

Definitely, the guys on the iFanBoy podcast got me very intrigued by this one. Addiction stuff is an interesting topic for me.

Well I picked up issue #1, unfortunately #2 had a tear on the cover so they have to re-order. I loved the first issue though holy crap. I have dealt with and am still dealing with addiction in my family, as well as some of my own. This is right up my alley. The scene where he is freaking out that his speech therapist will find him with the pills is so on point. Great writing, awesome gritty artwork. So intrigued for issue #2.

Glad you liked it! I can't wait for issue 3, and the first issue of The Fox this month and The Shield in June!

If you're dealing with addicting than this may NOT be the comic for you as it has a lot of drug use in it and could trigger something, but I'm sure glad you're reading for the books success sake.

I've read issues #1 and #2 about a dozen times each now and am waiting eagerly for issue #3 later on this month. God I hate the wait.
