Neither. It's orange (dark shade close to goldenrod) and blue (between cornflower and lightsteel).
I swear my social network feed is a block of this thing, maybe even more of it then Nimoy. Bodly go kind prince and may logic live on in your stead.

This is much more about photography and digital corrections than real perception.
Color is always contingent on the light on the object.

Ha I'm utterly fascinated that this became a huge, worldwide event. I'm impressed that some of the major news networks picked this up. I'm surprised there were a ton of experts called upon to weigh in on this matter. This actually was one of NYTimes most read articles. Screw geopolitical and environmental issues, we've a dress' color to decide!
Anyway, for me, white and gold.

See I saw both. At first white and gold. Then I stared at it for like 10 seconds, it changed and now I can't unsee blue and black.

I don't get why everyone is flipping their lid over the color of this dress. So some people see it as a different color. There is probably a scientific explanation for it. Why is this interesting? There are tons of colors we can't see because of our limited scope of the visible spectrum anyway. After two minutes I lost interest.
