Question about One of Julia's visions in Ams. I think it was in issue #695 where she was all like "Everything will end." That could mean what happened in Spiderverse with the great web, but "Everything Ends" sounds a lot like Secret Wars. Anyone have some insight?

She was probably referring to Superior Spider-Man, as in the death of Peter Parker, as her last vision specifically cited "a flash of gold" ending Peter's future.

Speaking of Julia, get ready for her to finally make her return to animation (she did appear in the 90s Iron Man cartoon as Spider-Woman) in this coming Sunday's Ultimate Spider-Man.

So she is the only Madame Web to have ever existed. They also merged her classic costume with Cassandra's .

I thought her costume was based on some concept art of what she was wearing under that trench coat in the comics from the Big Time era.

Same here. Wait, are we talking about 90s Iron Man, or Ultimate Spider-Man? In either case, I won't blame you. For the latter, I'll say it's improved over this and the last season compared to the first two, but I can understand why you wouldn't tune in.

We should be getting some Julia action in Amazing Spider-Man again according to Slott. Hopefully soon!

Thanks for the update. Dead No More/The Clone Conspiracy would be a good time, since her predecessor as Madame Web --- Cassandra Webb --- was seen in the promotional art.

Julia is going to appear in the new Prowler series!

Marvel.com: Given how few solo adventures Prowler has had over the years, he does not have much by way of a rogue’s gallery or supporting cast. How will the book build on either or both of those? In the early going, can readers expect any familiar faces?

Sean Ryan: That’s something I definitely want to do with the series, give Prowler a strong supporting cast. Early on in the series we’ll see the new female Electro, the old Madame Web, and even the new Madame Web, Julia Carpenter. Hopefully we’ll be able to get more people in as we keep going.

Very cool, but . . . she's still being addressed as Madame Web? Does that mean she regained her connection to the Web of Life?

I liked Julia Carpenter's first animated appearance in the 90s Iron Man cartoon as Spider-Woman.
