The last chapter in the current storyline scheduled for the annual has a new ship date moved from April 1 to sometime in June.

That's unfortunate. A 2 month delay will be very difficult. Convergence better be worth it.
Currently(or soon to be) Reading: Alan Scott: Green Lantern, Batman/Superman: World's Finest, Fire & Ice: Welcome to Smallville, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Jay Garrick: The Flash, Justice Society of America, Power Girl, Superman, Shazam, Titans, Wesley Dodds: Sandman, Wonder Woman, & World's Finest: Teen Titans.
Finch said he was ahead on the art, i guess he wasn't so much ahead.
Any delay longer than a few weeks is ridiculous. Two months late? Come on.
Now this, more than anything else, is what might get me onboard with getting the Finches off the book. If delays this bad become commonplace, then something needs to change and quick.
Maybe this is just a one-time thing, but it better not happen too many more times.
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are,
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
--Lord Alfred Tennyson--
I'm pretty sure the only reason it's 2 months late is because DC won't release the annual during the Convergence months otherwise it would probably only be a few weeks late.

Boo, I need my Finch fix!

Jeez. Here I thought the two month break after wrapping this arc was going to be rough going. Now(assuming this information is correct), it will take two months to wrap the first arc.
That's a tough sell.
I will buy and read the annual when ever it comes out.
