Let Damon Lindelof do a limited series on HBO, in the vein of Watchmen. Either a straightforward adapatation of the original series or just the same world where the events of the series occurred.

I am fairly certain that he'd never approve of anything that DC is connected to. That was a messy parting of ways.

Give the rights back to Alan Moore in paper form, so he can take it to his grave if he wanted to.

Jokes aside: I thought John Logan was doing that with Penny Dreadful? Less reliance on CGI, if it could be helped.

I’ve done a few LXG builds.
This one could be done in a faux documentary style.

If you wanted a western (at the time) lawman, I'd go with Bass Reeves. You know a guy is intimidating when someone turns themselves in after merely having a dream that Reeves was the one after him. A career with 3000 or so arrests will do that. Although since he died in 1910, he might work better for a late 1800's group.

I went w. Earp because his heyday, like Quartermain’s, was several decades behind him by the time this tam would be assembled.
    But Bass would’ve worked, too!
