The king is Laufey the Frost Giant.

Hel is a rather interesting place as all sorts of formerly powerful beings such as Bor are chilling waiting to be reborn. Do they at least get separate rooms? And how does Odin never go there when he dies?

Interesting that he makes mention of the whole Queen of Fire, question is, is it the baby that burned down Midgard (as the place looks like it's been reduced to Ash) or Freya herself in her fight with Odin? Or was it the Angels?

Actually the costume makes sense. It has that sort of vagabond feel which makes him look like he's on a journey while showing off his arm.
