I guess not, what I meant was the top staple not having been punched in, with no holes where it could have fallen out.

Mine seems okay . . . the problem I have is that I went to one shop last week that didn't receive any copies of Spider-Woman #5. Went to a different store this week, and they said they also didn't get any copies of Spider-Woman #5!

The bottom staple on mine was a tad too far to the right, rather than through the page fold.

My Spideys have all been fine, but the last issue of the last All-New Cap mini was stapled diagonally across the cover!
