I agree Jeremiah is their de facto Joker. I'm just saying that he isn't officially Joker. Just like Ecco isn't officially Harley Quinn. They just want to make you think these characters are Joker and Harley Quinn
because they can't use the real Joker and Harley Quinn. So they make them as similar to the real Joker and Harley Quinn as they can get away with.

I think it's more like Bluto from the Popeye cartoons - when he was named Brutus in some mediums, we all knew it was the same exact guy despite the different names.

I took the way Gorden recognized him that he was from a previous season and I just forgot him.

Yeah, I enjoyed his team up with the Riddler.

I was wondering what all that random BS with Riddler was. It just seemed like a side story that was only there to give the actor something to do because he was on the payroll. Nice payoff to that story line.

Barbara Gordon has to come from somewhere. The old theories people used to have that Leslie Thompkins had a daughter and named her Barbara never made sense to me.
