Blonde Phantom 1940s appearances?

I was looking into this character. But I'm not sure if there is an appearance list or reading order for this character. I know she appears in all select comics #11 (1946) and in blonde phantom comics series named for the character. But since it was common practice to put characters stories in all sorts of series back during this time I'm not sure if there are blonde phantom stories in any other series. Anyone know of a good source for this info? Thanks

A quick look at the search results after I changed the sort order to sort by date shows she also appeared in some issues of All Winners, Sub-Mariner Comics, Force Comics, Marvel Mystery Comics, Namora, and Sun Girl in the 1940s.
