It's Diamond vs. Clay, a question which has haunted man for virtually no centuries.

Who wins?

Mr Shine has no feats that would indicate him being anywhere beyond your average troll.

Carrot proved that sufficiently strong humans can take out trolls through strength and exploitation of weak points.

Dorfl could tear Carrot into little pieces and is arguably stronger than a troll.

I see Shine going down.

Didn't Mr. Shine have weird Laser powers on account of him being diamond?

He could alter the focusing of light through himself to create an internal laser grid to greatly enhance his thinking abilities.

I think he could also do bright flashes of light.

None of which really help him against Dorfl who takes lightning bolts that melt metal without even flinching.
