Do you mean because of his Illuminati involvement or does he have his own ongoing that I'm not paying attention to? (the only things I'm reading in 616 right now are Hickman's stuff and catching up on Spiderman's continuity)

In his own ongoing the "Hulk" persona has taken over as "Doc Green" and Bruce Banner is helplessly captive inside Doc Green's mind, Doc Green also uses pills and other ways to ensure Bruce can never take in charge of Doc's body. He has been taking away gamma radiation from other Hulk family members and created an sentient A.I that has gone rogue. Mark Bagley has been drawing the new Hulk series so i'm hoping for some good Hulk vs Hulk action here.
