I'd like to see Spidey in a proper relationship with another hero for a while. Maybe a fun role reversal of him fretting about his partner, like Mary Plain used to ad nauseum.
I don't think we've seen that in the 616 other than his all too brief dalliances with Black Cat.

If Joe Kelly was the writer for ASM, we might have seen Peter restoring Felicia's memories, which might have led to a proper relationship whereby they actually go out on several dates that has nothing to do with crime fighting.
