"The Raging Bull" Jake LaMotta died yesterday at age 95. While he wasn't the greatest fighter in his weight class, I don't believe anybody could take a punch better than him pound-for-pound.

Bernie Casey, former NFL player, known best for roles in "Sharkey's Machine," “Revenge of the Nerds” and “I’m Gonna Git You Sucka,” died Wednesday. He was 78. He was also an accomplished painter.

He was better than your average athlete-turned actor, IMO. Very natural acting style. Brian's Song was probably the first thing I saw him in, FWIW.

OMG I am just learning about this Today and I am Sadden to hear to news on Bobby Heenan.

If you are a Wrestling fan of any level you Know him and beyond that, he was truly the man that did it all, then Some and Went beyond that. He was a class act cause weather you loved or hated him on TV he Knew how to keep it fresh in how to entertain you, always be original yet classic at the sametime and Never was too big to make himself the center of a Joke cause I think he KNEW that is how you impacted the audiance.

IMO one of the Single people I can say that was on the TV that MADE Wrestling what it is today and made it the Classy back in the 80's and 90's!

I can say SO much more, their is to much to say, He had a Grand Impact on my childhood and I know many others, a Man that will truly be missed, but he lived a Beyond Amazing Life!

Blessing to You and Your Family and Friends Bobby!

The thing that was interesting about Playboy was that in a lot of cases it was the Atlantic before the Atlantic existed. A number of articles were really progressive in their time, and, minus the nudes, the information given in those pages actually helped in changing people's view points.

His daughter still is running the business and keeps trying to improve upon it, it's not easy, but I do respect her for attempting to keep the magazine relevant in this day and age. Also, what's interesting is that Mr. Hefner actually showed a lot of respect to the many ladies that he had in his life, while his marriages never did seem to work out, he did care about the women that were working for him, so for that end, he should be shown respect as far as a publisher and a magazine owner.

RIP old man, you did well.

Last I heard, he's still with us, though that may (hopefully not!) change. One of my favorite performers.

It's being reported that he was taken off life support as there was no brain activity.
