Well, since wikipedia lists her as being born August 5, 1961, in 1983 when she appeared on the first album cover for the band RATT she would have turned 22 when the album was released.

Does that qualify as "very young"?

Technically yes, but I guess I was thinking she was still a teen back then. But 22 is close enough, although an adult.

Lloyd Price, R&B’s ‘Mr. Personality’ Who Sang ‘Lawdy Miss Clawdy,’ Dead at 88

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame singer and New Orleans legend also had hits with “Stagger Lee” and “Personality”.
He also ran a record label that gave Wilson Pickett, among others, his start in the business, and owned two construction companies, erecting middle-income housing in the 1980s in the Bronx and in Staten Island. Lloyd was a true renaissance man.

And one of the inventors of Rock'n'Roll.

This is another one that I didn't really want to believe could be true. Since it's been more than a week and I've seen it in a couple of places, it's absolutely worth noting this guy's passing. Not exactly a household name, but a really huge loss.
