He was always the scholar among the used-car salesmen of his vocation. I liked him a lot, and his last stand against cancer was inspiring.

Though I was a fan of his going back to High Rollers, it was when he began to host my favorite game show of all-time that Alex Trebek really began to shine. That I'm going to miss him on future shows is an understatement.

PS I became a fan of trivia-type shows (and trivia in general) when he hosted The $128,000 Question over 40 years ago.

He was simply magnificent on that show, Butterflies, The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin... heck, everything he ever did. One of the rare individuals who could make me have a belly laugh with just a look.

Benkő László, the keyboard player of the Hungarian Progressive Rock legends "OMEGA" died from cancer.
Perhaps people will not recognize his name, but his style was unique and much appreciated in Hungary, as well as in other parts of Europe.

The news is coming in and I'm rather sadden to report Canadian voice actor @KirbyMorrow has passed away at the age of 47. No further details are available at this time, but later tonight I will be posting a tribute video for him.
