I mean, there is a giant gold rush, but i am skeptical about how much gold is there. I say sure bets are Star Wars and Marvel and the rest is highly speculative.

Exist *with* each other? All of them. It's not like bombing at the box office means they get wiped out from history or imdb.com.
And by definition, "blockbuster" means those movies not just succeeded, but also exceeded.
