    Default Movie News Updates

    Hiya, everyone.

Starting this thread for everyone to post any given bits of news about upcoming films, whether coming out next week, tommorrow, or next year.

If it doesn't have a thread yet, unlike Terminator: Genisys, Avengers: Age Of Ultron, or The Fantastic Four, then, sure, feel free to post it here, ah?

Here's one to get things started, on the upcoming Friday the 13th reboot:

I'm actually kind of hopeful for this one. Now that abrams is gone we finally maybe going to be have something watchable.

There's a Dark Tower film franchise coming in about 25 years starring me
    Any spoilers?

Not a fan of the last two Star Trek films, then?

Yeah, should be interesting, see what they do this time, next year, with a new director, Scotty himself writing a bit and all sorts.

Just lovely stuff, really, and lovelier that the same year we get a Star Wars film spin-off, we get a new Star Trek film.

Lovely if Star Trek had a new TV series, or film spin-off, in 2017, same year as Episode 8.

Big BIG, possibly very nice, film news - Fox has acquired rights to The Leviathan, a science fiction short.

Simon 'Days Of Future Past' Kinberg and Neill 'Alien' Blomkamp to produce:

Sure, I view the last two, 2009 and 2013 as ST films, if you don't that's okay, sure others do, and find them fairly entertaining.

If not you not viewing them as ST films, what do you, Starter, mean?

They were certainly better than the previous two Star Trek movies, Nemesis and Insurrection

Ah, well, I wouldn't know about that, only the former, due to Nostalgia Critic reviewing it.

Only seen Wrath of Khan, The Voyage Home, Star Trek and Into Darkness, myself.

Only really enjoyed the last two, especially ID.

Is that an avatar of Mystery Science Theater 2000, you have, BTW?
