Sometimes it's hard to say if their in the know or not but sometimes they admit the information they received was the pitched or first draft version. I was lucky enough to read one of these myself once and a lot usually changes between what's written in draft form and what makes the page. To be fair to the tumblr source, they said that RHATO is getting its first annual months before it was announced last year. Whether it was a lucky guess or they indeed in the know, I have no idea.
