    Is it too obvious or unimaginative to say Superman? There was a "World's Finest" back in the 70s when he built a duplicate of the Earth from scratch. Pretty sure he could have dismantled the moon if he'd wanted to.

    Classic Strange would destroy the moon if he needed to, for example, use the flaming fragments to form a message in the sky for someone to see.
    Classic Fate would destroy the moon because...actually, he doesn't even need a reason.
    Set the Destroyer would destroy the moon as collateral in one of his battles, and probably not notice. Then again, nobody else would until time caught up with what he was doing.
