Quite a few! She actually listened to the Scarlet Witch. But for all that Wolverine did wrong in AvX, he was right about Cyclops not being the guy that gets to say who is an X-Men and who is not. Not all the X-Men were on Utopia. And Hope was being put on an island that Cyclops made a target, Cyclops ultimately went on to acknowledge that he is surrounding himself and Hope with supervillains and he needs Storm's help to have a real chance of not going evil himself. That idea didn't go well. The idea that Hope should put distance between herself and what Cyclops has been going through since Decimation, might just be advice given in the interest of helping Hope rather then purely sowing discord.
wrong.
no one, absolutely no one before AVX told hope to get away from the x-men except beast. he was the only one.
wolverine turned on cyclops and the rest of the x-men during that event, scarlet witch is not an x-men to begin with, and the x-men that did turn at the end of avx did so because the situation escalated beyond reason.
when the entire conflict is based off of bad intel, and the main instigator is an x-men, things were bound to go south.
beast is the one person -- the only person prior to the conflict -- who tried to sow distrust and deceit. had she actually listened to him before avx, there's no telling what could have happened to her.
think of all the people that died trying to save her up until that point. beast endangered hope the day he sent that letter, all those deaths could have been for nothing. all that sacrifice could have gotten a lot more people killed or injured than it actually did.
he knew those risks and he still went behind the x-men's back. he willingly put hope in danger with no regard for the consequences (phoenix was not coming at that point in the story).
he's lucky he didn't get everyone killed with his treachery.
Cable didn't tell Hope to get away from the X-Men because she was a baby who couldn't understand speech yet. So he took her away from the X-Men himself. When Messiah War rolled around, Cable was likewise resistant to the idea of the X-Men proper calling the shots on Hope's well being. When they came back to the present, things went very very badly, as you say, people died for the fact that Hope made contact with the X-Men. Cyclops put people willingly endanger to get Hope and they died and it could have easily been for nothing whether she stayed or not. Hope having to fight against being caught up in Cyclops' agenda more then she cares too isn't an idea that only existed in Beast's idea until the Phoenix got involved. It's been a been a plot point set up for as long as she existed as a character. Beast being of the opinion that her being on an island that Cyclops rules is still bad idea at this point does not mean Beast only seeks to sow discord and deceit. It's just his response to a problem none of them could possibly see the solution to as yet. (As you say, the Phoenix was not coming yet, nobody knew what Hope's destiny as messiah entailed, how long people would need to throw themselves in front of the bullets for her until she found it or if anyone would be at all pleased with the result of her fulfilling her destiny). There exist other places of relative strength and safety outside of Cyclops' care in Marvel Universe. Beast knows about them, people on Utopia that Hope knows do as well. And Beast left Cyclops' faction and only came back to the island for Nightcrawler's funeral. He doesn't have to be charged with new treachery every time he expresses an alternate opinion to Cyclops' to someone anymore.

He also almost murdered Cyclops to keep him away from Hope personally, only Professor X' intervention prevented this. Cable had to adapt to an ever changing situation but he wasn't around for everything after he left with Hope for the future while Beast had a frontrow seat to Cyclops decision making in Messiah War when it comes to Hope.
cable raised hope in the service of returning her to the x-men, that was always his intention, and any representations otherwise is, forgive my bluntness -- very dishonest.
cable was protecting her from bishop and the maurauders, not cyclops.
he was fighting to bring her back to him, and even came back to take out all the avengers because he knew what was coming and sided with his father.
you don't need to twist the truth to make your point. you made your point on beast and it was unacceptable. beast was deceptive and almost got everyone killed.
which seems to be his pattern.
1 - Hank and Logan were not X-Men, they were Avengers. Look what Wolverine says: ...attack US, "Avengers".
2 - Nathan asked SCOTT to protect Hope from the Avengers.

lastly, the watcher came back to call beast disgusting for all he had done. not cyclops or anyone else. beast.
the watcher. beast. disgusting.
In the end, Hope's well being was what important to Cable, no matter what, not exclusively delivering to package to X-Men leader Cyclops intact. He was not always sure Cyclops was going about things the right way anymore then Beast has always been sure Cyclops is going about things the wrong way.
I don't know why the Watcher would call Cyclops disgusting. He would not call Red Skull, Doctor Doom, Magneto, Loki, Apocalypse, Stryfe, Kang, Immortus or Bishop disgusting. No act of genocide, abuse or threatening the timeline or even all of reality itself is definitely enough to make Uatu betray his oaths and abandon his duties. He' s silently witnessed many of them. Even at the hands of beings that were perfectly aware of his existence already. Just Hank McCoy. I generally think that's screwed up. Yeah, Beast is a hypocrite and does not subscribe to "Cyclops is right". I don't agree that this marks him as the worst being to have ever lived or existed on Earth, period. The Watcher and I will just have to disagree on that.
I think there were plenty of characters that opossed to the RighClops mantra and didn't get the visit for uatu, like wolverine or havok. But he found hank disgusting because he brought the O5 out of petty spite, revenge and hatred with an unclear agenda, and because of that hank destroyed the possibility of the X-men having a happy future
Millions of people have denied themselves and others happiness out of petty spite, revenge and hatred if that indeed was Beast's motive (I don't uphold Emma Frost as the absolute unbaised authority on why every X-Men does what they do personally), under Uatu's watch without getting a visit from him.
This is the scene that solidified my hate for Beast
He leaves the X-men only to come back and bitch at Scott at Kurt's funeral while he was carrying the casket as if this was an appropriate time to go in on him. Like why are you here? Bye
