My personal favorite would be Zatanna so I voted for other but I like Selina/Bruce as well.
Yeah, that was another cool pairing.

None of the above, Gotham City is Batman's one true love. Unless this is solely about human love interests, for in that case yeah I'd say Selina.

Selina all the way. For almost 75 years Bruce has been attracted to her, has been giving her slack regarding his zero tolerance crime policy and come to her aid even if she wasn't part of his team.
Sure, he wanted to marry Shondra, he had a kid with Talia and all the rest. But Selina stole his heart from day 1 all the way to modern times:

I like Selina the best, but I was hoping they'd do more with Vicki Vale in the New 52 too.
Gotham's more symbolic of a child to me, not his true love. Its the thing he feels the ultimate responsibility for that ultimately hinders those love interests.
Definitely Selina. Their on-again-off-again is killing me. Just get together already!
I can't believe Barbara Gordon is on this list... I hope its not because of BtAS, because Timm stated that he did it because it felt "wrong" and created tension, which to me is a horrible way to use a female character in the Batfamily. Babs is just made to be a token addition to Bruce's harem and we don't get to see any of the sweet of that relationship, just the sour. That's all she was used for.
Selina, though Talia used to be my favorite love interest for Bruce.
Catwoman all the way.
Honorable mention goes to Andrea Beaumont as well as Dana Delany for her amazing performance as the character. She had amazing chemistry with Kevin Conroy.

To me, she is still the best dark counterpart to Batman with James Woods Owlman from Crisis on Two Earths and Mike W. Barr's Wrath both coming as a close second.

Silver? A woman who would constantly be begging him to stop risking his life as Batman? That sounds like a recipe for constant stress in a relationship.
Or do you mean that she'd be the best romantic match for Bruce Wayne, the wealthy businessman and philanthropist, after she had succeeded in getting him to utterly abandon the Batman persona so that she wouldn't constantly be freaking out about his hazardous lifestyle? (That interpretation of your words just now occurred to me as an afterthought. And I have to admit that if Silver could make that happen, his life expectancy would skyrocket and his yearly medical bills would probably drop down to almost nothing -- so in that sense she might, in fact, be the "best and healthiest" possible wife for him.)
