Manhunter is well known for taking Azrael's batman gauntlets and and an exosuit... Other examples out there? I think there were a few from Marvel and I guess there may be others from DC but I cant remember which.

Vance Astro has Cap America's shield and didn't Rogue get some of her powers from Ms Marvel.
Scott Lang stole the Ant Man suit from Hank Pym. And doesn't Spider-Girl wear Ben Reilly's costume?

So does something like Cyborg Superman wearing most of Superman's suit/face count?
Stargirl was given her cosmic rod from Jack Knight, who, in turn, was given the cosmic rod from his father.
Oh I meant like different items from different characters, not just one main item. Kate Spencer got the Exo-Mantle from the Darkstars and Azrael's gauntlets from when he was an incarnation of Batman (i.e. Bruce Wayne was thought dead and Azrael filled the void)... the Red She Hulk had a firearm from Domino and one of Electra's sais (I doubt she really sued them, I think they wre just trophies, but it counts, in a way). I think the soulsword has passed through many hands but at least in one ocassion they were in the hand of a marvel character that also gathered tools from other characters... And yes, Rogue got some of her powers from Ms Marvel but that doesn't count as inheriting tools. Thanks anyways for the excellent answers
