Killer Croc looks to be the latest DC Comics rogue in the "Suicide Squad" mix, with a report saying Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje has been cast in the role.

I really hope that they go for the original Killer Croc, as in the brilliant mastermind instead of the giant mutant lizard hulk creature that we see in the comics today. I made a thread on here saying that no Batman character has been ruined more than him and it's true. Killer Croc is supposed to be a genius, not some mutant living in the sewers yet the writers can't ever seem to get that right.

He's always been black aside from BTAS, the Batman, and Beware the Batman where he was voiced by white actors.

Also, he isn't "transformed", he just has a serious skin condition that gives him reptilian traits. For some reason the writers screwed him up and had him mutate over the years into some stupid beast.

I looked and I couldn't finds anything outside of Azz's non-canon Joker GN and his New 52 origin that referenced his ethnicity, showed his family members, or himself not fully crocced out.
