It would be a great one. That theme has been used before with several mutant-related characters.

We just need a credible writer with the desire to use Bishop.

With characters like Falcon, Luke Cage, Monica Rambeau, Blue Marvel, Blade, Black Panther, and more from the Avengers' side.....it's really sad & odd that the X-Men writers are not trying to use Bishop still fresh from his big screen debut.

Bishops best bet is to get out of the x-books before he is killed, reduced to wallpaper, or they turn him into a genocidal lunatic again. I would love for Bishop to be a superpowered detective. He could work with She-hulk and Daredevil on cases. He could cross paths with the punisher. The possibilities are endless.

Those are pretty good suggestions. I thought Bishop was venturing out the x-books during Civil War.

I feel he is too good of a character to be on the shelf.

him trying to kill Hope the dope was what endeared me to him even more as an X-fan. The fact that he didn't succeed is the man's only failing, tbh.

It can't hurt to keep asking about it. Putting in questions to relevant X-Positions are other interviews is always a good idea.
