    I have.

Fantastic read, feeling as close to a Batman thrown into an occult detective Hellboy-kind of setting as you could get.

Very gripping and remarkable I'd say. With seemingly as much typical Mignola monstrous mystery as would fit, onto an array of Batman-related characters.

Striking covers. Devotedly apt interiors by Troy Nixey (inked by Dennis Janke) and the delicately riveting Dave Stewart coloring.

SLINT / Mike Mignola / Walt Whitman / Arthur Lourié / Dr. Pepper

I need to check it out. Thanks for the input.

it's basically Hellboy wearing a Batman suit, Mignola writes him with very similar mannerisms and he even uses a gun.

This was a great read, glad to see it is finally getting collected. As Kees_L said it is very much Batman involved in a Hellboy style story and setting. Lots of Lovecraft influence in the story, also was nice because some of the Bat family shows up in it, takes place in the 1920s lots of fun.

I can't wait for this. It sounds great.
Speaking of Batman Elseworlds books, has anyone read Batman: Nevermore (Guy Davis was the illustrator). I have not, but I really want to.

Neato. Always wanted to read this, but was never able to find the complete set in the back issue bins (a whole lot of issue #1s!).

Guy Davis's art is incredible. Recently I have been trying to find more of his work, but some of it is hard to find. It is always worth looking for, though.
