Hm. Hope the title sequence looks less garish than those block letters in the commercials.

Matt Murdock must accept underdog clients only. He can’t represent supervillains. He can’t represent Roxxon.
Matt is not a prosecuting attorney. My retcon rationale for the early sequence in the 2003 DD movie is that the State of New York hired Matt as a special consultant for the prosecutor’s office; maybe the lead counsel DA got sick (or perhaps Mob influence sidelined them) leaving Matt to take the lead.
Matt should sleep in a regular bed. No sensory deprivation chambers.
Foggy should be a capable lawyer, not a 100% goofball.
Karen needs to be developed beyond being the secretary with a crush. And hopefully they will totally steer clear of any descent into porn and dope.
