I'm a team guy. I prefer to read a team book than almost any single hero book. I love the interactions between the various characters. Avengers had consistently been my favorite Marvel book, right up to the end of Geoff Johns run. Ever since, they've managed to get me interested in a storyline or another, but most of it has been really hard to get into, or really darnright unreadable for me.
Of the list, I went with the New Warriors (the original series is IMHO, one of Marvel's best ever. And, while I really didn't like the Reality TV series and the Ex-Mutants one, the other incarnations of the team have been fun reads, IMHO), Thunderbolts (mostly the original run, by Busiek and Nicieza, though I did enjoy Nicieza's return to the title, as well as Ellis, and a good chunk of Parker's runs), and the GotG (the original 30th century bunch, and DnA's version. I have to say I haven't found much joy in reading them after Bendis got his hands on them). I love the original Defenders (and the New Defenders) and the FF, of course, but I'm sure they'll have plenty of other fans vote for them. Exiles was a cool book, but I think it lost it's way after a while. Never really got into Runaways, to be honest.
And, of course, I voted others, for there are so many teams that I love. The original L.A. Champions is, by far, my favorite Marvel team, not bywhat they were, per say, but by the potential I saw in them. It was sort of an all walks of life of the M.U. team. A greek demi-god, a russian spy, ahellspawn, and two mutants, later joined by a mysterious mutant russian defector and an everyday man kind of hero, who was also the team's scientific consultant. Plus, in a different setting than the already so crowded New York. IMHO, they could have gone so far, had they been given more of a chance. I also love Alpha Flight, Ostrander and Ferry's 90's H4H (perhaps my all-time favorite Marvel series), the Invaders, Excalibur/M-13, PAD's X-Factor (especially the first team, led by Havok), and so many others. Sadly, recently, it has been a chore to find a good Marvel team book to read. I've completly dropped the X-books years ago, and really haven't felt much excitement for other parts of the M.U. Though I have high hopes for MacKay's new Avengers run.
Peace

Love those New X-Men! (Particularly Dust, Hellion, Prodigy, Elixir, etc.)
But also the New Mutants and a few other less-used X-groups, like PAD's X-Factor, led by Jamie Madrox, or the original Excalibur, with Nightcrawler, Kitty, Rachel, Brian and Meggan.
+infinity to Alpha Flight, Runaways, Young Avengers, Agents of Atlas (both teams!), the Union, Winter Guard, Thunderbolts, New Warriors, Avengers Academy, etc.

The classic Defenders and Champions books were such an odd assortment of characters that they just fascinated me. (It was also kind of neat to see two X-Men graduate and strike out on their own with a title that wasn't a mutant book). Newer versions of these teams always have the characters have some sort of identifiable similarity (all women, or all children, etc.), it's just not as WTF???
Classic Excalibur was also a favorite team book of mine. Particularly when Alan Davis was on the title. Another book where 3 mutants go form a team with non mutants, this time as Britain's premier superhero group. I honestly, would like to see it back with a classic line up.
"The White Queen welcomes you, TO DIE!"
There are so many great teams mentioned here!
