I don't know but I'd pay money to see that fight, especially on screen.
Personally I'd want to say Blade, but seeing how Buffy has defeated monsters way heavier than him, it would probably be her.

Do not know about comic Blade, but movie blade wins without breaking a sweat. Way more skilled and powerfull.

Assuming it's Movie Blade, he has a definite speed advantage, dude isn't quite a bullet timer but above peak human at least.
