Anyone reading it? Does it seem like the kind of thing I might enjoy?

The Vision might just be my favorite of the ANAD Marvel, because it really is just out there.

I ponied up and bought the first four issues.

    Wow.

It is - dare I say? - totally visionary.

    This comic > Vision | Fraction's Hawkguy > Hawkeye

    Here's a fun Cracked.com article on probability.

    http://www.cracked.com/photoplasty_1...-first-glance/

(Also, because this is a Spider-Man board, one of the statistics states that the odds of dating a supermodel are 1 in 88,000. This is in comparison to the odds of getting a Royal Flush in poker, which is 1 in 649,739. )

The odds of dating a supermodel are off by a factor of ten, though. It's actually 1 in 880,000

So what did people think of the Deadpool movie? It had a huge opening day, and is on track for a huge opening weekend. Reynold's really pushed hard for this movie and it's nice to see all that effort pay off.

Yeah I was pleasantly surprised. It's a bit juvenile and the jokes don't all land at the start but it really finds it's groove and becomes a lot of fun. It's low brow but it owns it.

It was pretty okay. I'm pretty intolerant towards movies that waste my time, but I found this to be worth a watch. Though I probably won't go out of my way to watch it again.

Funny, but not as much as I hoped. Cool action, but not as much as I hoped. Kinda lame bad guys. Mr. Sinister would've made for the perfect villain instead.

Teaser for the next one sounds promising.

Does anyone here subscribe to Marvel Unlimited? I know there are a lot of titles there but wondering about how many current titles there are and how long before they hit…..any advice would be welcome, thx!

I don't subscribe, but I was under the impression that it takes six months for new issues to be included, and that most new issues will be included because Marvel already went through the work of scanning them.

Thanks, that's what I heard myself but not finding exact details online and considering the switch as both the cost and storage of my physical issues is at a tipping point….

Yeah, it's only a six month lag. Right now they're up to Hickman's Secret Wars #5, for instance. So you can pretty much keep up with everything Marvel currently publishes if you're willing to wait.

But for me, the real bonus is being able to go through a huge catalogue of back issues. We're talking pretty much every issue of ASM, for instance, ever published, right at your fingertips.

I do wish they'd put more effort into the satellite books. The only PPTSSM or WOS on MU are from crossovers. But that's a pretty slight complaint all things considered. You just can't beat the value you're getting for the price.

Also, the service occasionally lags a little bit pulling up the next page. Best thing to do is download twelve issues to your device and read them offline.

I wish DC had a similar service, but it doesn't look like that's ever happening.
