Help finding this particular comics

Hey all,

I would like to ask for your help of finding this comic book i've read when I was a kid. Back then, comic books where the equivalent of today's iphone/ipad. It was awesome as well as expensive. I manage to convince my friend to let me read his brother's collection and I found this comic book where ALL of earths superheroes died (X-men, X-factor, etc.). The story was similar to The Avengers movie plot (beings from outer space invaded earth). The only part I can remember was that Spiderman (I think) got his heart ripped out from his chest. I hope you guys can help me out.

OMG i think this is it, Im not sure though. If this is where Spiderman got his heart ripped out, then you're my hero. Sorry for the confusing description.
